We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone), placing orders (items, meetpoint, payment details), and applying to be a runner (vehicle type, payout method). We also collect usage data such as order history and app interactions.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used to fulfill orders, process payments, send order notifications, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment data

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on kyte. servers. We only store a Stripe payment intent ID for reference.

4. Data sharing

We share limited order information with the runner assigned to your delivery (items, meetpoint, any delivery notes). Runners do not see your full account profile or payment details.

5. Data retention

We retain order history and account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Cookies and analytics

kyte. uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by visiting our Contact page or DMing us on Instagram @kyteatucsd.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
